The panel sits at the bottom of the affected wall and warms it with infrared. The wall dries out, and a dry wall gives mould nothing to grow on.
Germany’s Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt) is clear about the cause: mould grows where it is too damp. That is exactly where Mould-DRY comes in.

Screw it to the wall using the wall plugs and drilling template, or place it on the stands.
Plug the 150 cm mains cable into the socket. That’s all you need to do.
The panel runs around the clock and gradually dries out the wall.
Keep at least 2 cm away from furniture so the warm air can circulate freely.
Don’t cover the panel with textiles, so the heat can reach the wall.

Mould-DRY comes from Rotburg GmbH in Launsdorf, Carinthia. Our headquarters is a converted stable building around 250 years old. Everything is made in Austria, from cutting the heating plates to assembling the electronics.
A panel draws around 50 watts. In continuous operation, that is about 1.2 kWh in 24 hours. Once the wall is dry, a timer lets you reduce consumption further.
Yes. A drilling template, wall plugs and screws are included. Alternatively, you can place the panel on the supplied stands. Then just plug the mains cable into the socket.
Every panel comes with a mains cable (150 cm) and mounting parts. The starter kit also includes the pre-treatment set, and the sets include connection cables. You’ll find the exact contents on each product page.
Yes. The panel is splash-proof to IP54. In the bathroom, do not install it in the immediate vicinity of a bath or shower; details are in the operating instructions.
We ship from our warehouse in Carinthia. Delivery to Germany usually takes 2–3 working days, within Austria 3–4 working days. Panels always ship free, accessories on orders from €25.
