You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

The withdrawal period is:

1. In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of water, gas or electricity, where these are not offered for sale in a limited volume or specified quantity, district heating or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
2. In the case of a sales contract: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
3. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the final item.
4. In the case of a contract relating to the delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the final lot or piece.
5. In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods during a specified period: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the first item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

In the case of sales contracts where we have not offered to collect the goods ourselves following withdrawal, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

If you have received goods in connection with the contract, you must return or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 25.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services specified in the contract.

If the customer is acting in the course of their trade, business or profession, the right of withdrawal is excluded entirely.
