How Mould-DRY Works Without Chemicals

Long-lasting mould solution

Don’t just scratch the surface!

Tackle mould for good

Our innovative infrared technology uses capillary action to dry out the masonry, helping to create a permanently mould-free environment. Unlike conventional methods that only treat the surface, Mould-DRY provides a sustainable, safe and chemical-free solution that tackles the root cause: moisture.

Economical & efficient

Mould-DRY consumes very little energy, and its power consumption can be reduced even further by using a plug-in timer. The heat generated is not lost but remains in the room. A dry wall also provides much better insulation than a damp one, so Mould-DRY helps you save energy at the same time.

Infrared core drying

Infrared rays heat the core of the masonry, tackling mould directly and sustainably. This method thoroughly dries the walls and helps prevent new mould growth. Dry wall – mould banished.

Healthy & chemical-free

Mould-DRY not only protects against visible damage and unpleasant odours, but also helps reduce health risks associated with mould, such as respiratory problems and allergies. Avoiding chemicals also contributes to greater well-being at home and a healthier indoor environment.

Sustainable & long-lasting

Mould-DRY’s extensively researched technology offers a simple solution for tackling mould. Because it targets mould not only on the surface but also deep within the masonry, this method provides a long-lasting and easy-to-use alternative to conventional mould removal.

Mould-DRY is the solution

How Mould DRY Works Without Chemicals

Mould-DRY revolutionises mould removal. Its innovative infrared technology dries the masonry thoroughly, sustainably and deep within its structure, permanently removing the moisture that causes mould. No chemicals are used, making this method particularly environmentally friendly and safe for your health.

Mould-DRY is also easy to install, making it the ideal solution for your home. Simply effective against mould!

Eliminate mould and prevent it effectively!

Infrared drying

Uses targeted infrared radiation to heat the wall, allowing moisture from deep within the masonry to move towards the surface.

Eliminates moisture

Capillary moisture release

Activates the natural evaporation of water within the wall and helps prevent further moisture from accumulating

Ensures lasting dryness

Chemical-free mould prevention

Safe for households with children, allergy sufferers and pets – a sustainable and healthy solution.

Healthy & environmentally friendly

Energy-efficient heating concept

The heat is directed precisely into the wall without unnecessarily heating the room air – efficient and economical.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions & answers

Which building materials and surfaces can be dried using Mould-DRY?
  • Mould-DRY uses radiant heat to dry the surface of any vapour-permeable building material, while capillary action allows the drying effect to penetrate deeper into the structure. It also dries any damp surface reached by the radiant heat and rising warm air.The rising warm air also helps prevent or minimise new mould spores from settling on the surface and reduces condensation on walls and windows.
Can Mould-DRY be controlled together with other devices, such as lights, space heaters or fans?
  • This may be useful for certain applications. However, when drying a damp surface over an extended period, it is important that the wall does not cool down again during the drying process. Otherwise, new moisture may condense, or incoming moisture may cool the wall down and cause the drying process to start again from the beginning.
Can Mould-DRY be used outdoors, in garages or in unheated areas?
  • Mould-DRY can be operated at temperatures down to approximately 0°C, provided that it is protected from the weather. It has not been tested at sub-zero temperatures. However, cold environments should not affect its technical operation as long as it is not subjected to frequent switching on and off.
  • Large differences between the ambient temperature and operating temperature may reduce the amount of heat transferred into the wall. However, as the drying process is primarily based on capillary action, the wall will continue to dry as long as the moisture within it does not freeze.
